This evening i had planned on eating chicken and noodles or something similiar for dinner... but when it came to dinner time all i was craving was vanilla yoghurt, quark and granola... just the thought of chicken made my stomach churn. I have had incredible stomach pain all afternoon so i wanted something more easily digested and yoghurt and granola is the perfect thing then!
When i got back from the shop i threw together some ingredients (oats, milk, eggs, baking powder, psyllium seeds & coconut oil) and made pancakes.
For dinner (and night snack... combined) i ate quark & vanilla yoghurt with granola, oatpancakes, popcorn chocolate (this one was delicious, it was my first time trying it) and a rawbar :) 10/10 :)
And i know someone asked me if i eat breakfast for dinner some days (i couldnt find your comment... so ill answer here?), and yes when im too tired or amnt craving normal dinner food. Then i eat brinner :) And this is an example of how it looks :) When i eat brinner i often make one big meal as i eat both dinner and night snack in one :)
