Quark with cottage cheese and yoghurt & raspberries. Pancakes (ive been longing for them all day!!!) and proteinbites :) Mmmmmm!
Sometimes something as simple as a delicious meal can make things feel that little bit better. Though in general food = energy = better mood :) So when you feel yourself getting tired, angry, irritated etc.... grab something to eat :) It could be low blood sugar!
