Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

Simple lunch

Home alone, my whole body aches and my nose is blocked (&& i cant seem to hear?). But im Not complaining, but i dont want self pity and im not asking for attention. Merely stating, and anyway... Im thinking positive. Im feeling better than this morning and today i have a very valid reason of why im planning on spending the day in bed!! :)
  I had planned to study, but that just isn't going to happen either...And i have a valid reason for that :)
Below you see my simple lunch. The type of simple lunches which i love!! Left overs or just heating food up is my favourite for lunch.

2 quorn fillets, salad, cottage cheese, 2 whole grain bread with spread. An orange, vitamin C and green tea :)


  1. What is the spread you are putting on your bread? Is it like butter?

    1. Its a spread, its called Becel :) Has added Omega 3&6 :)

  4. Which quorn fillets do you get? They look kind of chargrilled? The one's I get are okay but theses look so much tastier! Hope you're feeling better now :)
