First off i want to thank you all for the tips you gave me on how to feel better. Infact garlic and warm lemon water are my two best tips!! I have taken both garlic pills but also mixed garlic in with my dinner... and I'm feeling better already!
Also the amount of tea I've drank today is ridiculous!!! My whole family have commented on how different i am today, not my usual energetic self, my sister even commented i looked so pale and skinny? Wait what... going from looking strong and happy to pale and skinny in 24 hours. But that is exactly how i feel as well, haven't had my normal energy which i hate. But is also a good thing because i haven't even wanted to exercise or workout today :)
My parents have been away today but when they came home my mum had bought some treats for me which put in me in a super good mood :) Such a sweet thing.
