My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Not everyday is good, but there is something good in every day

Its cloudy, its rainy and its Wednesday. The middle of the week... Tired from the 2 days in school, but at the same time longing for the weekend and the next 2 days to be over.... Wednesday, the middle of the week where you are both tired and ready to go!
   On a sidenote, one of my friends changed her schedule plan and her lesson times so that she doesn't have any school on Wednesday!! Not at all jealous of that ;);) I would love to have a day off in the middle of the week... :)

I love how some of you commented on my previous 'sharing victories' post and some have even emailed me, which is great :) I am going to post those during the weeks, keep sharing other peoples motivation to help inspire and motivate YOU :)

The only thing i was craving this morning was fruit... or more rightly put, i wasn't craving oatmeal, eggs, yoghurt.... so the best thing after that was fruit! And i made a delicious fruit salad with an orange, pear and apple topped with quark and cottage cheese mixed with funlight and then added some walnuts!

Now its time to get ready, drink another cup of coffee and luckily... i actually have 30 minutes before i have to leave :)
Thats a nice change for once ;) No 5 minutes 'need to get everything done' panic! :)

  1. Mmmm, fruit salad. I'll have to get some fruit next time I go to the store. It's always nice when you have extra time in the morning :)
    Do you go to Ikea for furniture? It's super popular in Russia, so we'd usually go there as it's so convenient.

  2. Do you have ever feel like tired of eating? You know what, most of the time, when I eat something, the food will never finish. Somehow I feel like my appetite suddenly go away when I am eating something. I hate this. I don't want to waste any food. --'

    1. Maybe you can try eating more calorie dense food then, or making things like smoothies or milkshakes for snacks (or part of snacks) so it doesnt feel like you spend 30 minutes eating each time.... also try taking bigger bites.. putting more food on the fork/spoon. I mean, you dont have to eat a meal in 5 minutes, but it shouldnt take you forever to eat either. Try to enjoy it... dont eat miniscule portions, eat normal ones but if it helps take ex. more potatoes or pasta instead of salad, then it wont take as long time to eat and you wont have as much on your plate :)
