Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Night snack

Too tired to blog, so instead you get to see my night snack (& nuts on the side _:))

    1. Hahah, of course i do :) Its just now a days there are 'lazy' dinners i.e heat up leftovers or just heat up some vegetables and quorn and some bread or quino/beans/couscous on the side... I mean the last day my mum had made a lentil soup for dinner and that was still left when i was going to eat dinner so i ate that with crisp bread. Nothing exciting or photo-worthy ;)
      But i can of course try to think more about posting my dinners :)

  3. when did you it your night snacks? Men it in the evening or in the night at 8 o clock or so?
    And when did you know, that your aren't anorexia anymore?

    1. I eat my night snacks around 9-10pm, before i got o bed :)

      I felt is physically and mentally... that i didnt have a voice in my head telling me i was fat. I didnt get guilt or anxiety over eating food. I could be spontaneous with food. Rest. Enjoy living life and not focus on food, weight, calories etc Just be happy and healthy :)

      I find it very interesting, that you can eat at 9/10 pm ;o I eat much, more than in my anorexia days. Can you eat so much, because of you often doing sport/fitness/walking?
