Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.
I am open and friendly, so dont be scared about writing a post or sending me an email at:

Making cookies

On my to-do list and priority was to bake cookies today (or tomorrow!). Ever since i saw THIS cookie recipe ive wanted to make them and most importantly eat them!
So after dinner and feeling bored and craving something sweet i decided, why not :) We had all the ingredients so it was just to start making them!!

My sister sat in the kitchen as acted as a photographer, though pretty much 90% of the photos were blurry or me making weird faces or moving or do something weird weird with either my posture/body or face ;);)*Model potential* ::) :)

My modelling might not be so good, but at leas these cookies turned out good... actually, too good. I just want to eat them all!!!!
The bad thing though is that my sister doesnt eat gluten, so she isnt eating any and them both my mum and step dad are on a sort of diet so arent going to eat any either... :( Does anyone want me to send them cookies?: )
No, im sure i will manage to eat plenty of them this weekend. Otherwise i think im going to bring to school and give to my friends on Monday :) (Win some extra friendship points!)

If you are bored/need to bake something/want to face a fear food/want to eat a delicious cookie/want to eat a delicious food then MAKE these cookies!!!

^^As ive mentioned before... im warm blooded, so im always REALLY warm... this is pretty much how i look at how, even in winter time

(btw, excuse the awful mobile camera photos... it was so dark and bad lighting. Hahah!)

Wish i was able to eat cookies wwithout fear again. They look reaaaally good!! x

    1. :) :) Well you can eat them, it's all about facing your fear. Malin cookies not a fear food, because really what's so scary about them. Eating a few cookies won't make a difference to your body, weight or anything! :) I promise!

  2. Mmmm, send them over! Ahaha!! Sharing them with your friends sounds like a great idea. Now that I think about it I have Oreos! Maybe I will make them :) thanks for sharing

    1. It's just the normal cookie ingredients, and easy to make!!.:) And super delicious, so no negatives of making them!!!

  3. We are all warm blooded. Lol. Looks yummy :)

    1. Haha yeah, not the right word!! I was too tired to think properly... basically I'm just always really warm, not really sure why either.

  4. Those cookies look sooooooooo gooooooood! Haha! :D I want to make a vegan version of them (since I'm vegan). :)
Yah, I'm warm-blooded, too! Although my parents can't stand it when I'm only wearing an exercise bra for my upper body, so I try to keep away from them when I am just wearing one with whatever I'm wearing on my lower body. xD

    1. :) If you can find/make vegan oreo them I'm sure you can somehow make this recipe vegan! It's just the eggs and that which aren't began I guess? :)

    2. And its the same for me. To be respectful I avoid just wearing a sports bra and pants when my parents are home... but now it was just my sister and I :)

    3. I did end up making a vegan version (I used vegan oreos and a "flax egg"), and WOW!!! NO WORDS!!! :D I think I ate five cookies, and the rest of my family split the remaining cookies up amongst themselves. They loved them!!!

My sisters don't mind me wearing my sports bra around them, thank goodness! But I also make sure not to just be wearing it infront of my younger brother >.> I'm glad I'm not the only one who is respectful of my parents. :)

    4. I am so happy to hear this :) They really were delicious my mum and step dad did eat 1 or 2 and really liked them! I will definitely be doing them again :)

  5. Holy shit your body. You are just too hot
