Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.
I am open and friendly, so dont be scared about writing a post or sending me an email at:

Luxurious breakfast

What i love most about Sundays is that it is usually the day i sleep in as long as i can, and today that meant until 9.30am.
Though i didn't feel hungry right away so i waited an hour before i ate breakfast and then made myself a very luxurious one :) I had pancakes left over from yesterday and i also ate some quark mixed with yoghurt and my musli mix on top!!
Breakfast really is the best meal of the day :) And i love having a relaxing morning where i can just sit and eat breakfast, read some blogs, write some posts etc :)
And my day will continue in this relaxing manor :)

I hope you all enjoy/have enjoyed your Sunday :)

  1. Looks yummy!! :) have a wonderful day izzy!! :)

  2. can you make me breakfast someday? aha i love all your food! I wish I was as good at making food.

  3. Looks good! I love days when you get to sleep in and do your own thing! I think I'm going to make Challah bread french toast. It's so yummy. Sometimes I go crazy and make a bunch of toppings for it like white chocolate drizzle with fresh strawberries. PS-the other day I went to the Lindt store here and it was so much fun picking out a bag of small chocolates :) I thought of all your chocolate pictures! They have this new strawberries and cream flavor I'm curious to try!
