Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

It's like walking a cloud

Last night i went to bed super early for being me - 9.30pm. But that was exactly what i needed because this morning i woke up with lots of energy!!
Listening to your body is key, if you need extra rest or sleep. Then get some extra sleep or rest :) It will just ddo your body good :)
As i was up and wide awake and didn't need to stress to get to school i decided to take a walk with Daisy. It was super foggy outside, almost like walking in a cloud. All around me it was white, but i liked it... almost like walking in a fantasy world!

I dont start until much later today which is nice, but my first lesson is a test. Also today is the day i end latest, which isn't so fun  as i have about 101 other things i need to do and try to have time for!!

I hope you all have a  lovely day today!!!

    1. Hahah, well i love walking... and actually walk more for my sake than Daisys ;) Its happened a few times where Daisy is too tired so i go walking without her - which feels strange :)
Sometimes i wish we had a big garden, so that iw ouldnt have to go for so many short walks everyday. I enjoy my long walks, but not so much the 5 minute ones ;)

  2. I love fog too! Like Izzy said, it's like a fairytale. I know what you mean :) sometimes I'm too tired to walk my dog or don't have time because of long school days. That way someone else walks her or she has to wait. I feel a little guilty :( but it's ok to let your dog walk with someone else once in a while. Besides, you said you have a garden which is great for a dog :) I think if you love your dog everything else falls into place :)
