Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Brunch

What to do when you wake up with lots of energy, feeling better... no sore throat, able to breathe through my nose again and ready to go, but know that i need rest. I decide to make brunch for my family!!!
Its a pity that my sister is working, i would have liked her to eat with us as well...But i guess that's how it is when you work, hahaha :)

I felt like i had 101 things to do because i wanted to have everything on the table!! I wanted to make cookies and muffins as well, but i knew that i didn't have the ingredients or time for it. So instead i settled for making waffles (with a packaged mix!!!), oat pancakes, my microwave bread, eggs, yoghurt, fruit, bread etc
Super delicious and soooo filling :) I ate a little bit too much of the waffles i.e 3 out of 6 ;) and many pancakes!!!
But its Sunday after all and to make sure i feel 110% better tomorrow lots of food is needed :)

    1. Nope... another day of rest. I dont want to begin exercising too early and then it wil take weeks for me to get rid of my cold :) A day extra of rest is important, i'll most probably rest tomorrow as well :)

  3. Looks good! I love that your waffle maker makes heart-shaped waffles! I've been doing yogurt parfaits for breakfast--So yummy! I layer lemon yogurt, blueberries, and rice cereal in a wine glass (so that it's prettier to eat) and have it with an english muffin on the side. You can add chopped basil and strawberries to the top layer, too :) Hope you feel 100% soon!
