Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Answers - about blogging

What do your parents/family think about you blogging? or taking photos of food?
Well my closest family all know i blog though i don't think they read my blog.... or my sister does from time to time. Though i don't think i post so much interesting things for her to read, haha. But i think she likes to read it to see how im feeling, as i'm more likely to write about whats going on in my head here than talk to her.
About me taking photos of food.... well they know it's for the blog so don't really question it. Though of course when we sit and eat dinner together or its just a normal meal then i don't photo... its not like i need to document everything i eat :)

do they read your blog?
Like i said above, i dont think so... my mum has asked to read my blog, and I'm sure she has sometime. Though she claims she hasn't... not sure whether to believe that or not ;)

do you earn money from your blog?
Barely.... But i mean, if you see something on the sidebar that catches your attention, you might want to click it and see :) hahaha ;) That's all i can say.

how long are you planning on blogging?
Until i feel i don't want to blog anymore... whether that is a year from now, a week from now or i just keep blogging until I'm old and grey? ;) hahaha. Who knows. I just take it as it comes, I'm sure there will come a time when i don't have the time to blog or i might lose motivation, who knows.

do you think you will change your blog... like write more about exercise and working out?
Not this blog anyway... That would be too triggering.  :)

Answers for the other questions will be up tomorrow hopefully :)

    1. Hi again! :)
I realized very quickly that I´m really more of a reader than a writer :) I just deleted the blog I started yesterday. Not anyone is a blogger.
I have a whole new respect for you Izzy <3
