I dont like climbing trees but i love rock climbing :) I'm kind of afriad of heights but with rock climbing its ok :) I was going to get a card to one of the rock climbing centres this year, but at the start of the year my sister broke up with her boyfriend of 3 years and he was a rock climber and well.... she found it annoying if i was going to start rock climbing all the time.

What is your favourite brand of yoghurt? And what is your favourite kind of yoghurt? Do you prefer Greek, soy, any other kind and what brand do you like the most? :)
My favourite brand is Verum :) And my favourite kind.. i love greek yoghurt but we rarely buy it (But im going to try buy it today :) :) ) and i also LOVE soy yoghurt, but its so expensive (for such a litle amount) that we only really buy it if we're going out to an island or somewhere where we need to transport the dairy/food. And if i were to choose a favourite flavour? Well vanilla... but it needs to be a thick yoghurt, not like the runny yoghurt :)
do you have regular cottage cheese and mil or fatfree/fatreduced ?
Normal (4%) cottage cheese, normal milk (i.e standard milk) & with yoghurt it depends... this wek we bought the 3/4% yoghurt but last week we bought the 0,5% yoghurt. Its usually my mum or step dad who picks the yoghurt, so i just eat whatever we buy :)
When we pick food we dont think about the fat content, we think about whether we like the food or not... i used to eat the 1,5% cottage cheese but then when i tried the 4% i realised that i liked it alot more. And so started buying that one. And with Quark ive tried the 7,5% or 10% quark but it just isnt the same thing, not to mention that you only get like 150g or something in one jar compared to the 0,5% where you get 500g and is so much nicer... and its cheaper.
I am going to try write about choosing normal foods and not always going for the low fat foods. But i need to think about it for a while, how to give some actual advice :)
