Life without Anorexia

My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

A day full of things to do....

Waking up this morning, thinking my day would go smoothly.. i would have no plan. I would be able to sit at the kitchen table all day and just study... but now suddenly i have 101 things to do.

Ive said im going to train with my step dad... though ill see if we do this or not, depending on how i feel and how much work i need to get through.
Ive said i am going to meet my sister and study in this study area, though it takes 50 minutes to get there... -_-
I need to spend c.a 2-4 hours studying and working on assignments today
I need to go clothes shopping
I need to clean my room
I want to bake cookies.....

So much to do, so little time... i dont even know what to priortize first. I really want to bake cookies, so that is the thing i want to do most. But its basically -10 on my list of priorities... :( But ill try get around to most of these today, otherwise my list continues onto tomorrow!!!

^^True in my case ;) never busy enough to not blog!!


  1. I feel like this today!! And yesterday:p So many things to do in so little time...yet theyre not all necessary to do right now. So instead of studying/homework that's do in a few days, im reading your blog :p. Breaks are good for you!...Except when youre procrastinating like I am now :D but ill get around to it! haha
