Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

  2. Hi! This is a good idea :)
Here is a topic I came up with.
How to regain your familys trust after years of lying? I mean about your eating and exercise in ed. How to convince them that everything you do or say is not related to anorexia. How to make them believe that I exercise because it makes me feel good not because I´m compensating or that I just don´t want any cake, cookies etc just now?
It would be nice to get some advice.

  3. That was a brilliant idea! I would really like if you could write a bit more about bloating and stomach problems in an everyday life. How to cope with it, and maybe your experiences from when you had these kind of issues ( if you had them ofc :) ) I kind of feel un-normal and weird for having them and i feel like nobody else have them:(

  4. ED and sexuality: how anorexia and other ed`s affect to relationship, sexuality, having a relationship, hormones and so on..Your experience and point of you about this topic would be nice to read, cause I think about this topic is never really handeled enywhere, but I think its really important part, especially when it comes to recovery :)
