Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

  2. It really is! Oh sorry I forgot about you not having bananas. Maybe another flavoured fruit omelette then. Yeh I guess it is like pancakes really but that's the downside you only get one omelette in a batch!

    1. Almond butter is my favourite :) I eat with apples or on pancakes/waffles or on oatmeal, or just as it is :) Or with quark or cottage cheese!!

  4. How come you oder peanut butter off the internet instead of buying regular brands from the shops? It must be pretty expensive!? Snack looks so good though, definitely got to try those cookies :)

    1. Because it's cheaper :) 1 peanut butter in the shop costs c.a 40-50kr (4-5 euro) but online i could buy 2 for 39kr (c.a 4 euro) :) And i was ordering other things as well!!
      The cookies have a bit of a weird after taste, but when you dip them in peanut butter they are yummy!

  5. Mmm peanut butter is my life. When your jar is nearly empty, put your warm oats in there one morning. You will not regret it (;

  6. Easiest cookies ever- for other commenters not Izzy- mash 2 bananas, mix with 1 cup of oats and 1 cup of walnuts, add a bit of cinnamon and cardamom if you want, and bake for 10 minutes or so at 200 degrees.
