Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Saturday

Waking up with the worst stomach cramps ever today.... my stomach huge and bloated and just the thought of food made my stomach cramp.... Too much food and sweet stuff yesterday ;) hahah. My body isnt used to so much all at once, but it was delicious. So im definitely not complaining.

However to get me up and going and to give me some energy and hopefully get me feeling hungry i went out for a walk. I decided to not bring Daisy with me today - she didnt want to go either - so it was just me and a podcast. And it felt great to just walk in the sun.... according to the weather report, soon rain will come so ive got to make the most of the last bit of sun for a while!!!

After my walk i came home, fixed a few things waiting for my hunger to arrive and then suddenly *BAM* my hunger hit me. So i made myself oatmeal with nuts, raisins and cottage cheese & milk and 2 eggs!

Today im just going to see where the day takes me.
And try to make time to answer emails - something i havent been so good at for the past while! But its summer and ive been busy, so i have my reasons :)

have a wonderful day!
