Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

Saturday morning

I dont think i have ever been happier that it is the weekend!! And the grey weather doesnt even bother me at all, haha! As i suspected i woke up with an extreme amount of energy today, almost jumping out of bed!! And all i wanted was to walk and listen to a podcast, so that was exactly what i did..... Though it took me longer than expected to actually get out of the house! Ran around trying to find my clothes (they were all in the washer), then i couldnt find my ear phones, couldnt decide whether to bring Daisy or not (as my parents are taking the boat out to an island today, so Daisy will get lots of time outside today anyway). In the end Daisy didnt even want to go out, so i headed out on my own!!! And loved every step of my walk, It felt so good to be out in nature. That is one of the things i miss most during school time, not being able to go for morning walks.... Missing the fresh air :)

I also saw that they have built an outside gym 2 minutes from our house!!! I love it :) So im going to test that some time soon - though i wish they had built it for summer, then i could have done my training there! Though i love my gym and the gym atmosphere anyway :)

^^This is how Daisy looks when she doesnt want to go out.... hahaha, (Note that i am NOT holding anything above the camera!!!)
Shes just trying to tell me that she wants to stay in bed!

Onto other topics Priority No.1 today is emails!!! Amd to make it easier for me, if you havent gotten a reply RESEND your email, it will make it easier and faster for me to reply as your email then comes to the top of my list and i have this weird way of replying where i reply to the newest emails first (Thogh i know i should reply to the oldest first...??!)

Ive said i wont post so many food pictures as you seem to all compare your meals to me, but today i felt i had to share my delicious breakfast!!!Sooo good! And first off...What, am i drinking Tea for breakfast??? Wheres the coffee?!

    1. Takes 20 minutes to walk to or 10 minutes with bus... and its 2-3 minutes form my school :) So it all works very well.
Ohh that sucks at times, i guess thats the downfall of living far away from school/work/gym, but walking in nature or doing homeworkouts can also be fun and effective :) And thank you!

    1. And by the way, please don't say you went out in those shorts! It's 14ºC in Finland, and it sounds like they're the same clouds in Sweden (Stockholm?) as well :D
