As i wrote this morning ive been working on building the area for a concert. So lots of lifting fences, gates, concrete blocks etc
As it was the same management as the other festival i worked at i recognized alot of the workers and they all recognized me as well which was kind of fun! There were 12 of us working meaning that things got done alot faster and there was quite alot of waiting time.... waiting to be told what to do. But there was also alot of work to be done.
I also realised how strong i was as the concrete blocks and fences seemed light to me and i had no problem lifting and walking with them, whilst many of the others complained about how heavy they were.... Feels strange that im not the weak one, hahaha! Benefits of strength training no. 500 ;)
Otherwise.... a lack of food, as it usually is during these types of events. 10 hours working and only 2 meals. But the portions you are given are tiny, so ive pretty much only eaten bread and drank a few too many cups of coffee.
But i made up for the lack of food with a double big night snack (lots of nuts!).
I dont have much energy left, so its just to jump into bed before another long day awaits :)
