Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Fruit snacking

This morning i was up at 6am for my first lesson at 8am! I fell asleep early last night so i had lots of energy this morning... infact, only needed 1 cup of coffee ;);) Recently ive been needing 2 to get me going in the morning. However in the middle of the class i began yawning like crazy.

Instead of seeing the negative that i begin at 8am i saw the positive that after my first lesson i then have a 3,5 hour break... which for some sucks. For me, i love it because it means that i can either go to the gym, go for a coffee or in my case go home (i decided to walk the 20 minutes home, though today is my restday!!! My body is definitely in need of it!). And on the way home i stopped in the shop and saw the fruit was super cheap and I love fruit. So bought loads of it!! I had planned to eat it after school, but well... i couldnt keep myself away. So this became my sort of early lunch? Does it even count as lunch? hahaha.... Though thats how it goes some days :)

Fresh fruit is one of the best things i know. I have periods where i eat loads of fruit (like now) or other times where i am luck if i even eat an apple a week!!
