Life without Anorexia

My motto is

I am a generally happy girl who loves running, going to the gym and eating food!! Though my life has been very different.
I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia & purging tendencies & over exercising. I was depressed and self harmed. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
After alot of struggles, lots of ups and downs, suicide attempts, tears, anxiety, panic and never thinking i would be healthy.
I am now declared healthy from anorexia nervosia.

I have been blogging for 4 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I am happy and healthy and living my life. Going to school, meeting friends and trying to find myself in this world.

I write about my daily life, but also try to write posts about how it was when i was sick, advice and tips.

Friday! !!

It's Friday and I am so glad that it is the weekend! !
  This morning started off wrong... or I mean I had prepared breakfast and coffee so that when I got up - early - it was just to out on my clothes, make up, eat and go. And for waking as early as i did, I had a lot of energy!  I had planned to workout before school this morning, see how it felt as i have another 8 hour school day and it can be nice to have some activity.  Get some movement in (though if I'm honest I prefer when i have a long break in the middle of the day so that i can get a break from school, move a little,  sweat a little) and then come back to school with new energy (Yes, that works for me!! l) My schedule has changed once again so now ill be able to go during the day instead of 6 am or 4 pm! !
   Anyway, once I got to the gym i realised that it didn't open until 30 minutes later. .. so that messed up my workout a little as i then had 30 minutes less time but it was ok anyway! I'm good at having time effective workouts!
Also I realises i was wearing the wrong clothes... my pants keps falling down and my top kept riding up -_-' Chaos all day!!!

   School for the 8 hours today ... My legs are now feeling stiff from the long day spent on a chair ;) hahah.
  Now I'm on my way home, going to try to scrape together a snack (though all we have at home is oats and some rotten carrots? !) before we goo food shopping. And then homework awaits as i want to spend my weekend free from school work :) :)
