My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Friday night eats & answers about me

Friday evening and i am feeling super speeded and wide awake despite only getting around 6 hours sleep last night... (ok, might be alot compared to some but i need 8-10 hours minimum!!) but it might be the INSANE amount of nuts and peant butter i have eaten today!!! I.e 2-3 tbs of peanut butter with my afternoon snack, c.a 100-200g salted cashews & some stevia sweetned jellys for night snack 1 and now also chocolate covered nuts!!! Im not complaining, but i dont know how happy my body will be tomorrow.... Even if i can eat an insane amount of food, nothing is good in too much. ^_^ Ohh well, once in a while!!

Now that i am wide awake i am also going to try answer some emails... my inbox is just piling up with emails, hahah! Dont really know what to do.... But im slowly going to try to reply!!

And onto another thing:
I got asked some random questions about me via email which i thought i would also share here, as you always seem to want to know more about me :)

1) TV or books? At the moment its TV, but a few years ago i would have said books (I could read a book in 2-3 days and had once finished a trilogy in a week ;))!

2) showers or baths? I used to LOVE baths, but now i dont like them at all.... so showers i guess!

3) walking or running?  Both!!!

4) bus or planes? Planes :) (I love flying!)

5) handbags of shoes? Shoes! (I have a few too many pairs of runners/walking shoes/gym shoes :))

6) Nutella or peanut butter? Peanut butter (though ultimatly almond butter!)

7) hair up or down? This is so hard to answer because it all depends, i find i look nicer with my hair down, but i dont always have the patience for it and its easier to have my hair tied up!!! Its complicated :) haha

8) flat or house? For now i like living in apartments and want my own apartment, but when im older i would prefer a hosue!

9) yoga or boxercise? Im not much of a yoga person (I wish i was!) so i'll say boxercise :)

10) apple or banana ? As im intolerant to banana, it has to be apples!!!


  1. Another question :) : in school, do you change classrooms for each subject, or do your different teachers come to your class?? :)

    1. We change classrooms.... and my school has ALOT of classrooms (4 floors) so its alot of finding the right classroom ;)

  2. Ahaha I can relate to the hair thing!! I mean sometimes you just have to keep it up because it's hot, working out, in a rush etc. But I prefer to wear my hair down. And sometimes you get sick of long hair and just want to shave your head ;)
    I love flying too! :)
    And nuts! Especially almonds and cashew and peanuts and chocolate covered!! So practically all nuts, haha!

  3. How much did you eat Nellie Dellies? If your stomach hurts or is bloated today, its because of those yummy sweets! They have a lot of fiber in them :D

    Those yoghurt/white chocolate covered things look delicious by the way!

    1. Ive never had them before but i ate the whole wild berry sweets... yup, im bloated today!! haha THough i think thats also due to the nuts. But its ok, im not planning on doing much today anyway :)
      Ohh they really are!!
