Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

Answering questions Part 2

A 'quick' video i made yesterday answering the rest of the questions... not so good quality and i sound like i have a blocked nose, my hair is sticking out in all directions (?) plus a lot of 'ehhmm'.. But i tried my best ;) hahaha
I dont have time to make another version so i decided i might as well go with what i had, even if its awful :) hahah

  1. Awesome vlog! I think you're making progress ;) I say 'umm'/'emm' too so don't worry. I was thrilled when you started answering my questions in the beginning of the vlog! The fact that you took the time to answer them... Sometimes I just feel like I'm unworthy or something, so thank you!! I've posted so many comments already...oops. And I am definitely sending you a present for your birthday ;)

    1. I never thought about how often i said it until the last video... though i think i said it more because i was thinking so much about my answer, it wasnt a normal conversation. Then its different.

  4. Hi! Great video dear Izzy:)
I was wondering if you could talk a little swedish in one of you vlogs?:) I live in Denmark and i think it could be fun to hear something that sounded a bit like.
Okay maybe it seems a bit creepy to ask for...;b haha but anyways, thanks for a great blog! You are doing it great:)

  5. All kids in Finland have to learn Swedish, not just the ones living in areas where there's a lot of Finnish Swedes. I personally haven't had a problem with this whole issue since I love languages, but I still think it's a bit unnecessary for us all to study Swedish for the sake of a long, shared history with you guys (:

I loved both blogs! You're great (: Have you thought of doing less posts daily, I mean if it feels like a chore sometimes? I've had this little fear that some day you'll get stressed out and quit altogether...
