Breakfast: My sweeet egg cake topped with quark, apple sauce, strawberries & soy yoghurt & milk. & 2 crisp bread with 1/2 large avocado :)
Lots of coffee, water and aloe vera to keep from eating the whole fridge before it was even 11am ;)
Lunch: Defrozen vegetables, quorn mince, sweet corn all mixed with tomatoe sauce (Not ketchup) & cottage cheese & beetroots.
Snack 1) Large bowl of quark, cottage cheese and soy yoghurt & 4 plums & coconut.
Snack 2) 4 crisp bread with spread
Snack 3) (hahaha... 3 afternoon snacks? But this snack was at like 6pm as we were going to go food shopping but i had gotten hungry!) pop corn (80% of the bowl... I LOVE popcorn, but it just isnt filling so i have to eat loads!)
