Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Waiting, patience and too much time to think

Hospital appointments always lead to one thing A lot of waiting time. So much time to think & free time. But I'm thankful for Smartphones, the ability to blog, chat, email etc !

I was up at 5.45am this morning to get to the hospital on time and when I get here my first appointment is cancelled -_-' not fun at all.
But i went to the 'coffee room' and made myself some tea!!
Otherwise I've had a few appointments already, alot of waiting time and just eaten lunch ( bought a handpicked salad). One good thing is that all this waiting time has given me time to answer a few emails - something i haven't really done the past 2 weeks!!

Now I only have 3 more hours left.... -_-' Can I go home soon? hahha.

Free time also leads to selfies. ... because Why not? ;)
