Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

Sunday morning

Sunday 15th June. Im losing track of the days at the moment....
All i know is that tomorrow and Tuesday i have 2 long days at the hospital with lots of different tests - for my CF. There will be x rays, blood tests, lots of different doctors, dieticians, therapists, different types of scans and x rays.... Ohh the joy of hospitals`? And its always in the summer these tests, on the warmest days you are stuck in side from 7.30am to 4pm.
I get anxiety just thinking about it. I would love to skip all these tests, but i have to pay if i dont go....Hahaha, thats one of the only incentives that works!!! ^_^

Here are some photos from this morning - went for a walk with Daisy!!! Followed by breakfast :)
I had planned to walk to the beach with my sister today, but whether that will happen or not i dont know... it doesnt seem like it, as she isnt even dressed yet!!! -_- I guess it will be sunbathin on the balcony as usual then? ;)

^¨It looks like im pinching Daisy, but im not... i was petting her!! hahaha

How are you spending your day today?
