Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Summer morning breakfasts

Something which i love is during the summer when i can wake up due to my own bodies alarm clock (usually 7 or 8am anyway... but when im lucky i can sleep to 9am!) and make a delicious breakfast!
Last summer i ate loads of grapefruits, as they were in season, and i love them (last year was the first time it ried them!). But over the winter and cold seasons i havent been abble to  buy grapefruits so when i saw they were being sold i ofcourse had to buy loads!!!
Some people think grapefruit is too bitter, but i like it just the way it is :) But you can of course add sugar or sweetner to it :)

Breakfast was quark mixed with yoghurt and cinnamon, mix of nuts and seeds, 1 egg and 1 grapefruit!! & coffee and water of course (though thats just standard with me!)

Whats your favourite fruit?
Whats your favourite thing to eat in the summer? :)

  3. That looks soo good! I have got fruit with yoghurt for breaktfast, too. :)
My favorite fruits for the summer are pineapple, mango, raspberries and peaches. I love the summer! :)

In winter i warm up frozen fruit in the mikrowave. That's really good, because it makes me feel warm inside. Do you always use fresh fruit?

    Big hug!
