Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Night snacking

Today has been a long day, it feels like alot has happend, but not reallly....
I followed with my mum to the shopping centre, even though i hate shopping. And it just reminded me how much i hate shopping... im like men, i ended up sitting outside the shops just looking at my phone!! haha XD Its sales now, so imean im sure i could find soemthing if i looked... but i just always feel so drained of energy when im out in shopping centres. Im an introvert, so i gather my energy by being on my own, doing my own thing. And often feel tired when in large crowds or in busy, hectic areas.

I ate a delicous dinner, chicken, broccolli and noodles - Has to be one of my favourites :) And then got cravings for banana pancakes!! Im allergic to banana, or intolerant anyway. So instead improvised my own pancakes.
Oatmeal pancakes with cottage cheese, casein pudding with raspberry & chocolate and yoghurt covered nuts :)  Need i say delicious? :)

  1. Yum! This looks so delicious! I love that it is still light out side for your night snack - it's dark at 5pm here at the moment! You have inspired me to get some chocolate covered almonds today, which is a big thing as I haven't properly eaten chocolate since November last year! But I've been craving it so much. What type of noodles do you use for your dinner? I want to try some noodles, but I'm not sure I'll like them.
