Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Fruit-y night snack

Today when we went food shopping i loaded the cart with fresh fruit and vegetables!!One of my favourite things about summer is all the summer fruit that has come into season, and all the fresh vegetables! I love it ^_^
This evening my night snack is: 1 grapfruit, watermelon (and even more afterwards!), cherries, a small quark pot & of course some dark chocoalte (cant live without it!) and an aloe vera drink!!
  Delicious x100.

Food = life. & my favourite part of the day :)

(I think i should turn into a food blogger or something, as i have such a love for good food ;))

  1. ive seen aloe drinks in stores before but always thought they would taste wierd. I have heard they are good for you though. What do you think about themÉ

    1. Yeah they are good for you, as they have the aloe vera pieces in them :) I have 3 different aloe vera drinks which i am going to try and write a review about them later ;)

  2. Yum! I tried grapefruit for the first time last week, and at first I liked it, but then it tasted bitter and I wasn't a fan ): I wish I could move to Sweden and eat this delicious looking food!

    1. Many people think its too bitter, try putting sugar or sweetner on it :) I like it the way it is... but mean i can eat lemon just as it is as well ;) haha
