My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Comment with suggestions

Now that its summer you would think that i have more time to write blog posts, but it just so happens that i have less... not as much routine in my life (when i go in school i often write my posts late in the evenings or like 6 in the morning!!) but now my days are usually filled with different things, so not as much time.
  And i also know that my stats do drop a little, as many go on vacation, dont have as much time to read blogs etc :)

Im thinkings its better to focus on Quality, rather than quantatity. I.e 1-2 good posts (&& a few personal posts when i have time & feel like it) rather than like 6 posts which are just half interesting? Or... What are your opinions on that.

I would also like to know what you want to see more of? Personal, more food, more recipes, about a certain topic, random things, more videos and vlogs etc etc?

Im also going to have a Questions post where you can ask me lots of questions which i can answer, maybe in a video...?

But in this post it would be great to know what you want to see more of and read about - and yes of course, i will still write posts which I want to write about, post things which i want to post about. But it would be good to get some feedback :) :)

    Or what about a travel guide to people who want to visit sweden!! -like food shops, markers, castles ext.! :) (I have plans to visit someday! :)

  7. I love hearing about your life and what you're doing now :) it's good to see how far you've come! I've been following you since 2011 so I can really see a change. It is awesome :) Also fitness tips/healthy recipes are always good to see! A mixture of everything (like you've been doing) is good! :)

  9. I love it when you post pictures of your workouts, your food, and Daisy. :D

    I think some good topics for you to post about would be certain diet crazes (Gluten free, low sugar, Fruitarian, low carb). My mom has a friend who was on a gluten free diet, and the success of being on that diet has made her start to take up more than one diet at the same time, and is eliminating food groups because of that. What's worse is that she is a mom, and has a twelve year old daughter who is on the diet with her (because the mom doesn't want trigger foods in the house that might "wreck" her diet, so she's compromising her daughter's growth).
    So... maybe you could write a topic about diets in a family, and how eliminating food groups for the sake of one person can lead to health problems in other members? And may even lead to eating disorders in the dieter and fellow family members?

  10. Personal and food:-) I love seeing and knowing what you do/eat on a daily basis....creepy? Maybe.....its really interesting and it shows how recovery is not just about food, but it is about life in general....its inspiring...also ur food is delicous looking...makes me jealous:-)

  11. I always enjoy your food posts, especially dinners.
    I also like your exercise posts, and some info on Sweden/ other places you've lived and visited would be cool. You have mentioned some holidays I've never heard of, could you explain some of them?

    Also, how to deal with comments people make on your healthy lifestyle of eating good food and exercising. I get comments about being healthy, and I just awkwardly smile in response.

    But I agree with the people above, any posts are great. Quantity is better.

  13. I think the videos are really great! Maybe a video answering questions or just talking about your daily life now would be great. Maybe also talking about exercise and what you do as I find that really motivating. Thanks :)
