Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

I just wrote a long post but blogger decided to delete it... so i guess i have to write it all over again. Also, I haven't gotten any notifications of emails to my phone and my email app isn't working on my phone. So it might take some time to reply - as i usually reply from my phone :)
Anyway,  onto my day. After breakfast i got ready and headed to the gym. Just as I was about to step on the treadmill to begin warming up, I got an email about my grades.  And i am 95% happy with my grades, i got A's and B's in all of my subjects apart from maths. I am good at maths and have all my life gotten an A or a B, however the national maths test i did a few weeks ago. I didn't do so well :( I just messed it up, so that lowered my grade ALOT. I went from a B to a D just because of that test :'( So i got really frustrated over that, but the best outlet was to step on the treadmill and do intervals!!! Get rid of all my frustrations!
And then i did a back workout, where I could continue letting out my frustration and anger ;) hahaha
The past few days we haven't had any coffee at home, and nobody has gone to buy coffee beans, so today instead of buying coffee beans my mum suggest we go to a cafe to drink coffee!! ^-^ Mmmmm.
I dont know how my mum thinks, but still coffee at a cafe is always nice. & get to spend time with my mum and sister.... even if i just sit quietly and listen!! Hahhadon't have much to say. But it's the company that counts i guess ;)
Hope you all have a good day :)

  1. This coffee looks fab! It's the perfect size! With milk?

    1. Yes of course :) Though at times i like black coffee as well :)

  2. alltså vi är såå lika! :D helt sjukt

  3. I know the grade is hard to get because you know you studied your best. Numbers don't determine your worth, whether they be kg or dress sizes or grades. You are an exceptionally smart person! Keep up your work in school.

  4. I feel for you bout the grades... Got a C+ on my semiotics exam, and all the others are A, A-... sucks)) but it's good how u dealt with it ;))
