Life without Anorexia

My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Breakfast



This was my simple, delicious breakfast today!!  And i love this Vitamin Well flavour - its a limited edition - flavour rhubarb and strawberry!!Mmmmmm :)
  
Walnut is not my favourite nut... infact i can only really eat it if im eating it with something else like with dates (thats a delicious combo!) or if its in a raw food ball, or raw food cake. But i felt i needed to add something ot my breakfast, otherwise i wasnt really eating enough.
  Walnuts wont ever be on my top nut list, but they're not as bad as i once thought ;) hahah

    1. Yeah i know... but thats what i was craving & we have nothing in the hosue... haha -_-' Fridays = trying to eat whatever is left ;)
      But i went back for more walnuts and dates ;)

      ^¨Rmemeber to not compare yourself or what you eat to me, as i dont post eevrything i eat!! I did infact eat more than what was posted, because i wasnt full satisfied, but i dont feel the need to post that. haha

  4. I love walnuts! I can see how you might now like them though, they can be a bit bitter sometimes. I feel like they are good for my brain because they look like little brains? I'm so weird aha! Walnuts taste best when you buy them at christmas still in the shell!

    1. Yeah walnuts are actually really good for your brain!! Like beetroots are good for your blood asnd i think tomatoe is good for your heart... so food that looks like a body part is good for that body part!! ^_^
