Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

If you have any questions leave them in the comment section as i am much quicker at answering there, otherwise you can always send an email: lifewithoutanorexia@hotmail.com

You dont see yourself the way others do.

Look at this video!! (you wont regret it!)

When we look in the mirror we notice all these small details, these small imperfections which really nobody else notices... they see you for YOU. They dont see these small things, which arent even flaws, its just what we think.

We need to stop critisizing ourselves all the time. We are making our selves self conscious, body image issues etc, worrying about what others think about us when infact, we critisize ourselves alot more than others do. We need to learn to be happy and confident in our appearance and looks. Because in the end, this is YOUR body, you will live with your body for the rest of your life... you can go up and down in weight all your life, get plastic surgery, push yourself to your limits trying to change yourself, but until you realise that there is nothing wrong with you and you dont need to change, you wont ever be happy with the way you look!
Remind yourself that you are Beautiful everyday!!!

  1. Always a good reminder... You are your own worst critic! People don't realize how others see them!
