My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Motivated and at the same time unmotivated. Tired but at the same time lots of energy. Hungry but at the same time not hungry. Stressed but not stressed!!!
  Gosh, i dont even know what im feeling!! hahaha

Today has been a relatively good day, most of it spent with my head inside a maths book...staring at numbers, feeling a little smarter, only to start doubting myself again.
Its tough to be a student. . C.a 50-60% of my grade hangs on the tests tomorrow, so saying im nervous is an understatment.... my A/B could be dragged down to a D or C. (Over achiever? Yes, i think so!)

I got a little break from my studying and went to the gym after school (also finished 30 minutes earlier than usual!! ) My workout was kept short with little intensity, as my mind was elsewhere. But my body loved it, lots of endorphines afterwards :)

At the moment i am feeling quite alot of pressure with my blog, as so many people are telling me different things, lots of requests of different posts and its hard to find time for it all... some people tell me they lilke certain posts, others tell me they dont like others... And i try my to listen to all of you, to adapt. But its hard, especially as i have little time for my blog at the moment, and i am surprised that i manage to write 2-4 posts a day!!! XD
  But thats just letting you know why, if you have requested a certain topic and i havent gotten round to it i have most probably forgotten or just havent had time to write.
  But you can just let me know again, and remind me!!!

  1. You're doing great! Remember that you can't always please everybody, and to take some time out for yourself so you can just relax and breathe! :)

    1. Yes, its definitely important to get a little break sometimes, remember that i can only do my best!

  2. Love your blog no matter what you write about! Don't care about those comments. They do not have to visit your blog - just blog about whatever YOU want. I've seen you put up a warning "sign" at the beginning of certain posts, and that IS ENOUGH! Then they can't complain because they have been warned :) Love life and don't let anyone or anything stop you from doing that :) :)

    2. Thank you so much. This does mean alot to me :) I do try to avoid triggering pictures as much as i can, as it isnt fair to my readers, but i guess triggers are so different for everyone.

  3. remember to write blog posts for your own sake as a sort of way to relax - i believe that was why you started the blog:) if people don't like it (which they will cause your blog is brilliant!) they can just find a blog that suits them better :-)

    1. Yeah, it was. Though the focus and how/what i write has changed alot since when i first beagn.
