My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Study snacks

Whats the best part of studying? The snacks of course :) Whenever i study i always need water/tea/coffee and some type of food... whether its carrots, egg, fruit, chocolate, nuts etc.... I need the energy!

And after writing my previous post, i realised i needed a break. That sitting there, surrounded by papers wasnt going to make me any smarter, so i got up and made some fruit platters for me and my sister!!

Oranges, pears and apples & dark chocolate and green tea!!! Best snack ever!! Actually, heres a little bit of info. about me.... I dont eat so much fruit O_O We always have LOADS of fruit at home but i prefer to eat carrots as part of my snack or as a mini snack, or berries in quark/oatmeal. Before i used to eat several pieces of fruit a day, but i just havent craved it so much in the past year!! Weird.
   But now my fruit craving is back, i mean in the past 2 days i think ive eaten around 7-10 pieces of fruit!!! XD

    1. No i shared this with my sister.... no idea how much of it i ate, like 50/50 ;)
      I dont like taking photos of everything i eat, so i dont think ill do that. I dont write down what i eat or count calories either... so dont do food diaries so often.

      Yeah, i prefer dark chocolate. But sometimes i get cravings for milk chocolate, like last Friday ;)
