My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Eat for health!

This morning i woke up at 6am, without an alarm on :/ I hadnt planned to wake this early but the sun was shining directly into my room and it was too hot. So i got up, drank some water and scrolled through all my social media. Then i decided, its too early to be up on a Saturday and tried to go back to sleep. But i just lay there thinking, twisting and turning and 15 minutes later decided theres no point just lying here. Im the sort of person who, once i wake up, i get up and get ready. I cant just lie in bed.
  That was one of the things - of many!!! which i hated about Mando. You had certain times you could get up and go to bed (you werent allowed to get up until 7am) and you had to be in bed and lights out by 10pm. But i hated it... i had the problem with that i wouldnt let myself sleep and would put my alarm on for 5am every morning so i would get up and start exercising, of course it didnt take long until they found out what i was doing. I hated just lying in bed, and i still hate it (though for different reasons!). In the mornings anyway, when it comes to the evening lying in bed is usually where you will find me!!

As i was wide awake, it was sunny outside and Daisy sat staring at me with her puppy eyes. I decided to take a walk! -> A vitamin well and BCAAs before!
(Matching my clothes with my shoes :) ;) )

And then it was breakfast that awaited when i came home, and today it was a super mega delicious breakfast!

Quark mixed with yoghurt and cinnamon. Pumpkin seeds, raspberries & peanut butter!
My raw food chocolate cake (sooo yummy!) & 1 whoole egg & 1 egg white!
I dont think you can get a better breakfast than this :)

Recently i.e the past few months i havent eaten any nut butter at all.... i just havent craved it. I prefer eating nuts just as they are, and i felt that i ate so much nuts and seeds and salmon and egg, that really i dont need to add any more fats to my diet! hahaha XD
  But for my baking the last day i needed PB, so while i have it at home, i might as well enjoy it and eat it!! :) (Though in all honesty, i prefer almond butter or even cashew nut buttter than peanut butter!)

Best way to start the day! And now tanning and studying awaits me :) 

***Just a random question... Is it animal cruelty to lock a fly in the freezer? Hahah, i was looking in the freezer and this small fly flew in and i locked it in.... But dont worry, i let it out again 5 seconds later ;)
