Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Drowning in school work

From the title you might know how im feeling right now.
I got one presenation done with, only to have 2 more assignments added to my list of things to do. And right now its all about using every moment i have to study and to prioritize.
At the moment i feel really really stressed. Like i just want to curl up into a ball and say I dont care anymore. But it doesnt work that way. We all have our battles and challenges, and if there is one thing i have learnt in life it is to Not give up. Life is tough, there are times you want to give up. But if i had given up i wouldnt be where i am today, so im not about to give up now.
Its just to struggle my way through these last weeks.

To make myself feel a little better, as i had to come home after a long day in school and spend another few hours studying i bought myself some trail mix!! This can definitely make me feel better :) Also, my other new shoes have arrived (havent even opened the package yet... ill do that tonight!) and also, the house was empty!!! So atleast these small things can make me feel better :)
