120g walnuts
2 tbsp cocoa
7 dates
Filling:
270g tofu ( a package)
3 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons sweetening ( depending on the chocolate you use and how sweet you want it, increase the possible amount of sweetening. Taste !)
100g chocolate
2 tablespoons milk
a pinch of salt
Start by mixing the ingredients to the bottom, it will start to " crumble " itself and then it's ready. Save 1/4-1/3 of the dough and press the rest into the bottom of a form . Into the fridge with both the bottom and saved dough while you make the filling.
Rinse tofu and dry off . Melt the chocolate and let cool slightly. Mix the tofu before adding the remaining ingredients, including the melted chocolate . Add sweetening (can use sugar, honey, agave, stevia etc) !
Because the chocolate solidifies as it cools will fill rather quickly become firmer, so once you have a smooth " batter " (thick batter, very thick, it will not run but is more like a dough) for the shape. smooth out ontop of the bottom and finish by crumbling of the saved dough. Press ightly so the dough is " seated " . Place into the refrigerator and let stand for an hour or so before eating.

I loved this cake and will definitely be making it again :)
