Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Bake.... bake... bake a cake!!

After several hours in the kitchen i am done!!! And happy with all the results!

I made a raw orange cheesecake (I could eat them all at once, if they were so filling!), a chocolate, walnut, tofu mousse cake :) (Sounds strange, but tastes great!) and then i also tried making these chocolate chip donut/muffins... but they turned out dry, and not so edible :(

And then i made some zucchinni bread!!! I love how my sister doesnt even ask anymore when she sees that the bread is green ;) hahahah
She tried the cheesecakes and she agreed that it was really tasty :) And ive noe been ordered to make a healthy version of snickers... so ill try get round to that soon :)

  1. What exactly do you mean when you write "healthy version" of something, is it reduced sugar/fat or healthier groceries in general

  2. I dont actually like writing 'healthy' version... because well everything is fine and healthy in moderation, but i guess i dont know how to put it. You can see the ingredients i used in the first picture. Its basically raw foods things i made...using nuts, dates, fruit, coconut oil etc ;)
