Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

And it all comes down to this....

First off i want to thank you all for all the lovely comments i recieved yesterday. It really warmed my heart to wake up and read them :) It really means alot to me.
So i will try to reply to all of you later when i get home :)

Its Thursday and only 1 day away from the weekend. Today will be maths tests all day!!! Yesterday, instead of sitting and trying to cram maths into my head... because lets face it. It doesnt work that way... in the end, you cant really prepare for a maths test, because there are so many questions, and there will always be ones which you are unsure of. So insteead, i had a little 'destress' mini spa, where i painted my nails, washed my hair etc etc and then spent my evening watching this really cute documentary about animals (and how different animals have paired together! Like a cat which takes care of a duck etc!)

This morning i woke up early and decided to test my new running shoes! I felt very colour co-ordinated while out walking ;)

It was 13 degrees outside, despite it being early, and for most of my walk i was alone!! Lots of upphills - walked a new route, but it felt so good :) I love summer and being able to go for walks early!!

Ive just eaten a breakfast - throwing together what we have left!!! (Thursdays and Fridays there is usually little in the house!)
And now im trying to schedule posts, revise some maths, get ready and drink coffee at the same! Multi-tasking!! Yes im good at it ;)
