Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

5 things i dont like

Ive written quite a few things about things which i like, and not alot about things which i dont like... I dont want to be negative in any way. But we all have things we dislike, so here are a few of mine ;)

  1. Runny eggs....I hate runny eggs. I need mine to be hard boiled!! Mnay people think im crazy because well 90% of people prefer the loose cooked eggs, they like the runny egg yolk. But you know what, I dont like the egg yolk, not runny, not hard boiled either. But i do eat the egg yolk 60% of the time, because thats where most of nutrients are, but some of the time i just eat the egg white, because thats the bit i like the most!!!
  2. When the kitchen is messy. This can send me into pedantic behaviour. The rest of my family always get mad at me because i end up doing the dishwasher at like 10pm because nobody else has done it. If the kitchen is messy in the morning, or even when i come home from school i can almost have a break down!! hahaha, i cant have a messy kitchen. My room is messy 80% of the time, but i dont know, i just feel where i am making food, i cant have things just lying everywhere or crumbs or cutlery lying here and there!! (So if i ever live with friends or a boyfriend, they better learn to keep the kitchen clean :))
  3. People who skip lines/push their way ahead to get on the bus.... these people. I have an inner hate for them XD In Sweden, queues and lines are made for pretty much everything. And i like it. Theres order... but then there are those who decide to just Distrub the Peace and Order, and skip the queue or push their way to the front of the line to get on the bus... its happend where its been raining and people push their way onto the bus and then there is no room left, and im standing in the rain, with my school books after a long day in school & gym and im hungry and tired (ok, im sure others who pushed their way onto the bus are in the same situation, but still! Its rude!)
  4. I hate when i cant decide what to eat, whether its because i want to eat a little bit of everything, im super undecisive, or im not hungry but i know i have to eat. This feeling is the worst... i just stare into the fridge for an endless amount of time. Close the fridge, walk away, come back again and do the same thing X10!
  5. BOREDOM - and when you have nothing to do. This goes hand in hadn with procrastination... when i know i should eb doing something, but cant physically bring myself to do it, and i just sort of lie there trying to get myself to study or go to the shop etc etc

^^ There you have some more useless information about me :)

  1. Izzy I swear you have stolen all my dislikes!! Although I can tolerate a runny yolk in a fried egg sandwhich with looaads of tomato ketchup!
I get wound up by queue jumpers, as I've got older I've got braver with commenting or telling people off though-I'm turning into such an old lady at the age of 25!
I always end up doing the washing up/dishwasher as I get ants in my pants about leaving the kitchen for more than 15 minutes after a meal...
I could go on but I wont!

    1. Hahah, thats so strange!!! But cool at the same time, im glad im not alone with my dislikes!
