My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

I love breakfast!

I love breakfast! It has to be the best meal of the day according to me!!! According to dieticians and doctors, breakfast should be the biggest meal of the day it isnt really for me, i mean my snacks or lunch/dinner are usually bigger! Even though i love breakfast - and could eat breakfast food all day, everyday. Im not as hungry in the morning as i am during the day. But thats ok, because it works for me :)



My breakfast was super yummy today - Like extra yummy for some reason!!
Egg white oatmeal, cinnamon, quark, strawberry jam (im in love!), raspberries and mix of nuts and seeds & almond milk. &2 eggs!!

  1. It looks so nice and sunny there! Daisy is amazing, such a cute dog. Hmm probably breakfast for me too: 2 scrambled eggs on rye bread with a big bowl of fruit salad. Always looking for more inspiration though - fancy doing a post of yummy breakfast pics? Have a good day! Xxx

  2. Those breakfast mixs (?) of yours look always so fresh! But there's also nothing wrong with mine: bread (with toppings of course), lots of oatmeal with fat and some fruit :) I usually stick with that as my love for it is immortal, but I'm open-minded for new things, too. But I love every meal <3 Sometimes I just stop to think how amazing it is to have every single one of those meals without trouble, and I get this huge gratitude for every mouthful of food it get! I will never give them up again <3 haha.
    Hey, a question for you, since I've been trying nuts and noticed my allergy's disappearance; Which nut is your favourite? Even out of those un-nut-nuts like pistachio (which I can't wait to try next as I remember them being quite good when I once tried them before!). :)

    1. Thank you :) That sounds delicious as well!! I can feel like that sometimes as well... like im so thankful for being healtjhy and being able to eat without a problem .Eating food i enjoy!!
      Pistachios are delicious!! I cant actually choose a favourite nut i love them all!! Cashews i think have to be my favourite though!! And then theres nuts like brazil nuts, which i only like when they're covered in chocolate (chocolate makes everything taste good!!) and i only like walnuts combined with dates!!!
      Peanuts and almonds are also some of my favourites :)

  3. I loooooooooooove breakfast. I'm in heaven when it's bed time cause I know that soon I'm having breakfast :):) and they call me anorexic !! eating - I love it actually !! Love your blog, everyday I check many times if there's something new !

  4. Today I had granola with protien fluff, Greek yogurt, blueberries, banana and peanut butter, and mixed seeds! Breakfast is my favourite meal too :D
