My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Working out

Hello :)
  How is everyone today? :)

I guess if anyone finds talking about exercise triggering, you can skip this post?



Anyway, I started my day today with a yummy breakfast before i walked to the gym (20 minutes) and then went to a bodypump class!!! Next week the new release is coming... so hopefully by thistime next week i will get to try the new release, or it will be the week after that? ;) I dont go to bodypump so often, but i find it fun as it works the whole body and at times going to a class can be more motivating than doing it all on my own :)

I had also decided to be a PT for my sister today - for my leadership project. So after my class she met me in the changing room, and i refulled with a protein shake and then i acted as a PT to her. It was legday for her, so i showed her loads of different exercises - made her work hard ;) haha. And i also got her to take some pictures while i showed the exercises... So here you go... incase you were interested? ;) haha
 Tomorrow is my rest day, but i am going to be a PT for my sister again... And im looking forward to it!! It feels weird to not workout myself.. i always feel so awkward standing there.. not doing any work myself, haha!!




And i know some people find it triggering when i post about exercise - And im sorry about that. But in the end, exercise is a big part of my life.. .and i know that alot of people do want to read about it.
So i do try to keep it to a bare minimum - writing about exercise. But the best i can is to just give a little warning, so that you can skip the post? ;)

I refuelled with a HUGE lunch. And now im  after completing my maths homework, and sending in an assignment and im about to clean my room and watch a film (Multi tasking at its best!!!)

  1. I absolutely love exercising, and like you I find it as an awesome outlet and a major part of my lifestyle.
    I think it's awesome you can help your sister out by being her PT! You go, girl! :D
