My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

New Years pictures

Dinner is eaten, 2 half tubs of Ben and Jerrys have been happily devoured, champagne has been drunk, photos have been taken and now its only 40 minutes until the New Year!
Its crazy to think, that in 40 short minutes, it will be a new Year. A new day. A new month.

Time goes by so fast!!!

New years outfit!

I may be single, but ive still got ice cream :)

Ok, so there might not be anyone to kiss me at the strike of 00.00 and a new year... but theres always next year, right? :)
  However, ive got the only 2 men i need in my life: I.e Ben and Jerry!!! :)

2013 look back - September - December


Once again i was back to school again, but the first few weeks werent that stressful, it was mainly trying to get back into routine.

Some of the breakfast/snacks i ate this month:

I found a vegan shop with D and we bought a few things to try...

I was starting to cook more dinners at home!

Bought more questbars and began using BCAAs

The school was going to have its annual cross country race - and i got loads of anxiety about it beforehand, because i knew i had to perform well....
   And on the day i came 5th out of c.a 500 people, and 3rd girl!

I went to school, went to the gym, got stronger!

I continued going to Aeroboxing with P once a week


The school stress began again... and i had numerous study dates with my sister during the weekends

I went to a friends house for dinner one weekend

I had  coffee dates with friends

I went for tapas with my mum and sister

The weather was starting to get colder

I continued going for powerwalks and runs

I had a workout photoshoot with P

I had a song competition in school (i.e it was obligatory, and i just mimed, as i cant sing!! haha)

I fell in love with Peanut Butter Ben and Jerrys ice cream!! nom nom nom

I tried Atkins bars

Halloween in school:

At the end of October i flew to Ireland


I spent a few days in Ireland with my dad

I went to a spa and got a massage while i was in Ireland
I got my second tattoo done in Ireland:

I went to the health fair with D! And of course bought Celsius and Questbars and some other healthy stuff & got loads of freebies!'

I baked some healthy treats

Studied loads... felt stressed abotu school... Went to the gym and got rid of my stress levels

I made new progress photos

Bouught new workout clothes

Went to see Cathcing fire with my sister

30th November was my birthday! So i made 2 amazingly yummy cakes, had a party and then later went out for drinks with D, my sister and her friend!

December: Last month of the year!

Had friends over for taco dinner to celebrate my birthday

Made loads of saffron buns

Travelled to New York

Had school for 1 more week before it was Christmas time!!!!

Went to my schools formal dinner to celebrate the end of term!

Christmas time.

And that is pretty much my whole year... month by month.

And i realise, ive done more than i remmebered or thought i had!!! :)
And 2013 has been a pretty good year after all :)
