Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

When school takes over your life

Hello!!
I am so so sorry for the lack of posts today. Yesterday i spent all evening studying maths, before i went to bed early. And this morning i woke up at 5.30am and left the house early.
I've had school from 9am to 3pm today , and during my lunch break (after lunch of course ;) Lunch was delicious today infact!!) i went to the computer room and worked on my essay.
After school i spent 2 hours studying, writing my essay & doing maths (I have a maths test on Monday, and even though i am good at maths, and am doing the A maths) it is alot of revising i have to do...

It is only now, after 5 pm that i am home again, and eating a Huge snack. Before i start baking...not because i entirely feel like baking at the moment, but because my mum is having a yoga workshop tomorrow and she is going to give&sell my healthy raw food snacks. And she is going to give me the money/pay me to do it, and the money is much needed... so, i just have to see it as a job!!

This weekend will pretty much revolve around studying, which is what my life is like at the moment.
But i am going to try to make some time to write some posts and schedule some posts for this hectic time /& next week which will be equally as busy & stressful!!

I hope that you have all had a good day :)
Do you have any plans for the weekend? :)

  1. Oh boy, I wish you a lot of power for all your work!
I'm finally having mostly some me-time this weekend. I've stressed about today's physichs exam for a while and it went great! :) next week we only have two tiny easy tests, so it's time for me to focus on things that I really enjoy. Maybe a bit of exercise, a book, some tv, sauna, dreaming... Wheee I'm happyhappy now!
I hope you'll have a moment to take a deep breath, at least once, too ;)
