My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Seize the day

Monday week 48... and only 4 more weeks of the year left...
  3 more weeks until i finish school for the year.....
2 more weeks until i go to New york..
A little less than 2 weeks until all my assignments have to be done...
5 more days until my birthday....

Time just flys by.

This morning i woke up before my alarm and wondered whether i should go back to bed or get up and be productive....  First i tried falling asleep again... but once im awake, i cant go back to sleep.
  So instead, i got up and went for a walk with Daisy.


^^ Believe it or not... i wasnt actually holding a sweet above to make her look... she just really wanted to go out, so she was staring at me while i took the picture ^_^ haha


After breakfast i got ready and went to the gym where i did 45 minute circuit training... one of my favourite workouts.... you work your whole body, and do a mixture of cardio & strength!! ;)

  And of course... wearing my new workout clothes!
 
Then i went into several H&M shops to try to find the dress which i fell in love with yesterday... but none of them were in my size ;/
  Just going to have to keep checking, and hopefully i will find it!! 

Then i went home again, ate lunch & dessert and then into school for lessons and then home again.... where i have ended up eating loads... 4 crisp bread with avocado, an apple, a bowl of quark mixed with cottage cheese & coconot milk.... and then i ate c.a 200g nuts & dried fruit...
   

I guess my metabolism is at an all time high... or something? I dont know.
^^ Im almost scared that this will actually happen?

And now... feeling really full, i am about to watch Romeo and Juliet... not that i want to, but because i have to.... and then i have to start writing my assignment/essay on it...
   The film is 2 hours long... and now after 15 minutes, ive already lost concentration and decided to write a blog post instead.... *Have no idea how i will be able to watch the whole film?... and it doesnt help that it is all in old english -_-

  2. Those two bottom pics made me laugh a bit too much.. :D But hey, why wouldn't you watch the movie in parts? That's what I usually do since I like to keep my bedtime pretty much the same, haha!

    But yeah, I've had a nice normal Monday (a very plain school day), but I actually got a few congrats for my name day ^^ Hehee, not sure if you have them in Sweden.
