Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Recently ive been posting more of what i eat, even if it doesnt look that good at times ;)... and i'm wondering, do you like when i post what i eat, or pictures of what i eat? :)
I can't promise i'll do it all the time, as i can never be bothered, or even remember to take photos of what i eat. But i can try making more of an effort, if people want me to? :)

I ate lunch at home today, and it was:
2 quorn burgers, sweet potaote, chick peas, salad, cucumber, cottage cheese (full fat) and an egg!! :)
Super delicious :)

  1. It is really great when you are posting what u eat :))) what is quorn burger? Is it meat? You eat a lot if proteins (cheese, chickpeas, burers) at ibe meal it is cool! :)

    1. Quorn is a mushroom type thing, and its a good replacement for meat :) (Its not meat)
Yeah i guess i do :) I dont really think about it that much, i jsut eat food which i enjoy!! :) And chickpeas, eggs, quark etc are some of my favourite foods :)
