My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

How much do you weight right now :)
 60kg


What is a good sport to get a six pack or 'abs' ?
Everyone has abs... but having visible abs is all about diet - what you eat. And a mix of cardio & strength training. Also you need a low bodyfat percent.. and it varies for everyone. Some people have it easier to have visible abs, whilst others never get down to a low enough fat percent to have visible abs.
   
 What is a good exercise to strengthen your core? 
Sit ups, leg raises, squats, push ups, push presses, bicycle crunches, plank, running, & balance exercises

Do you know how many calories (roughly) you have to eat to maintain YOUR weight because I imagine you have to eat alot to maintain your weight with all the exercise you do .
  Im not so sure... but my BMR is 2400.... and then with my CF i need an even higher amount. Whether i eat that much or not... i have no idea. But im not losing wieght, so i guess im fine.
   I do alot of snacking, and eat alot of nuts.... so i guess that helps ;)

What is the funniest thing to happen to you this year?
Hmmm.... Im trying to think. But in all honesty 2013 has gone by soooo fast and it feels like ive done absaloutly nothing :/ I dont have any special memories from this year... (Or ofcourse, my mums wedding.. but otherwise, not so much.)

What are your plans for the summer 2014?

I have no plans yet.... i want to be with friends. Spend time outside. Go to concerts. Go swimming. Travel (maybe?). Have picnics.... etc. But im not so sure really :)

Do you have a special someone in your life at the moment?

No :( I feel forever alone. But i guess someday..

Most important thing to you at the moment?

My family and friends are really important to me. And also school and my workouts :) Nothing special otherwise.....

How much money do you spend in a month?

Not much... i mostly spend my money on quest bars and celsius drinks.... and then food/snacks if im out. And now and again i need to refill my protein powder.... A maximum of €50 a month... though alot less usually.

Do you have any weird habits/rituals?

I twirl my hair...

What countries history are you interested in ?

Not so many really..... But countries which i like are.. . Sweden, Ireland, USA, France, Italy.... :) I guess its interesting learning about a countries history... but im not that interested in it...

How would you describe swedish people?

Most people (myself included) describe swedish people as very straight forward, and not so social... like in England or other places. People are more friendly... I mean its happened where i have fallen over outside, and no one has asked me if im ok... 
  Also, like most countries there are unwritten laws which everyone follows.. like queueing for the bus or standing in line to pay. Not to talk to people on the bus etc...  Most people look very sad/monotone.... no one smiling. You just sort of keep quiet and keep to yourself. And if you make too much noise, or dont queue, then you get all these nasty looks from people, but no one actually confronts you....most swedish people avoid confrontation!! hahah.
   Just a general description of the mass.... though of course, everyone is different. And im not saying everyone in Sweden is like that... but in Stockholm most people are ;)

Does it get easier? As in the more you force yourself to eat, the less the guilt and the less the voice in your head?
 Yes it does.... otherwise recovery would be pretty much impossible. Overtime, it gets easier. The anxiety isnt as strong. You become stronger and are able to push away the ED thoughts, and the anxiety becomes less and less around food/situations which once gave you panic and anxiety.... so keep strong. Keep pushing against your ED and the voice in your head... it does get easier. I cant tell you when, or after how long, but it does.

Do you plan on living on your own once you finish school?
Yes... once i have enough money, or can afford an apartment then i will move out... I would move out already now if i had the money.... but in Stockholm apartments are really expensive, and actually finding an apartment is like 0,5%.... -_- 

in what rep and set range do you stay when you workout?
Between 3-4 sets and 10-15reps ;) Depends on what exercise im doing, and whether im using light weights & more reps, or heavy weights and less reps ;)

Do you prefer buying low fat foods and would you recommend them, the question is more health-related not about calories. Do you think low fat foods are a healthier choice?
   Personally i dont think fat free foods are that great.... mainly because most fat free foods, have LOADS of sugar in them.... making them worse than actually buying the onees with a normal fat content.
  However, some foods such as quark, coconut milk, milk, yoghurt we buy with a lower fat percent.... 
But foods like bars, yoghurts, ice cream etc... most of those have loads of sugar when the fat procent is low...

So fat free isnt always the best choice... according to me anyway ;)

      Some jelly sweets i really dont like either..... And im pretty sure there are a few other things which i dont liek, but cant think of them right off... because i dont eat them!! haha

  4. I use headphones - the ones that go over the head. Because ear phones usually fall out... so i would invest in some of them :) Or there are even wireless headphones... but they are quite expensive, i think..
