During my first class i started shaking/shivering, and i didnt feel good at all. My head hurt and i felt cold.... and during my second class (we were on our assignment!! haah, i didnt just call in the middle of a class ;)) i called my mum and told her how i felt. So she told me to come home, after my lesson so that i could rest and recuperate.
I didnt feel like cooking anything for lunch, so instead had breakfast for lunch!! My favourite!!
The rest of the day will be spent wrapped in blankets and watching series!
And hoping i feel better tomorrow. ;)

I hope you feel better soon!! do you think if I feel dizzy after a workout that's ok as long as I refuel?? do you often feel dizzy after workouts?
ReplyDeletethanks!
Thank you.
DeleteIf you feel dizzy after a workout, i would rest... and check up what it could be.
Maybe you're over exerting yourself TOO much. Or not getting enough energy. Or maybe you're lacking some vitamin or mineral or something else.
Does it happen every time, or? If its just once, then it might be ok, but if its all the time, i would check it up and not work out, until you know what the problem is!
