Life without Anorexia

My motto is
'Dont let the sadness of your past & the fear of your future ruin the happiness of your present'

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Weather bi-polar

*I dont mean to offend with the title!!!*

This morning it was really sunny, so i put on my sports clothes and went out for a long walk

I came home and studied a bit, answered alot of emails (if i havent replied to you, please resend your email!!)

And then i decided to head into town, as i need to buy something to wear for my last day in school (Wednesday). Its a tradition that you wear something white... and well, i dont have alot of white clothes. I have like 2 white tank tops, so i need to find something to wear.
Of course, just as i get on the bus, the thunder and lightening starts. The skies are dark black.
I actually felt kinda scared on the bus -_- And when i get into town, the skies open up and it pours down with rain.
I cant even describe in words how much it was raining. LOADS anyway.
I took shelter under the bus station, and then decided i would run the 100m to the shopping centre.
In the 5-10 seconds it took me to run i was completely drenched.
After c.a 15 minutes i decided to head home.
I came home completle drenched - my hair dripping of water, me soaked to the bone. -_-
Well, dont need to take a shower tonight? (haha, find the positives?)

On with my comfy clothes, and time to spend the rest of the day in bed with tea ;)

Though of course, as im writing this the skies are starting to clear and it seems to have stopped with the thunder and lightening. *Typical*
