Life without Anorexia

My motto is

My life at the moment is completely different to how it once was. I spent 5 years sick with anorexia nervosia and depression as well as struggling with self harm and overexercising. I spent 2 years in different treatment centres.
And since 2012 i have been declared healthy from my eating disorder.

I have been blogging for 7 years, and my whole journey is written in my posts. I now represent healthy and happiness. I want to show anyone struggling that it is possible to recover, no matter how hard it may seem.

I now blog about recovery, my life, veganism and positivity!

Food shopping.

I actually like food shopping!! ^_^  Though i never have the energy or can be bothered to follow with my family to go food shopping.
 Though today, after a very lazy day - todays my rest day from training (='s restless and bored girl) so i followed with to go food shopping (used to do this almost every week with my mum before (though it was a bit of a compulsion thing - to make sure that she bought the right food. Now i dont really care, i just write down the things which i need/want and i know that my mum buys them ;)

I was also very happy with my deal - bought 3 packs of chewing gum ;) (this will last me c.a 2 weeks... or less)

Today i have mainly spent my day lying on our balcony - i can officially say that i am no longer pale ;) 
   I had planned on meeting D, but the sun just seems to drench my energy. And as its my rest day, i really didnt feel like taking public transport or having to excessively move my body ;) haha XD

Now its time for dinner - wonder what is being served ;) 


  1. How often do you exercise/workout? how many rest days do you take? How long and what sort of workouts do you do?
